It's commonly known that we need to fuel our bodies with the right vitamins and minerals in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
However, it is important to take into consideration many personal aspects before you convince yourself what you should and shouldn't be eating. Your metabolism and lifestyle play important parts in how your body processes the food that you give it.

Allergies and food intolerances, as well as personal taste all influence the kinds of food that we regularly eat.

Supplementing your diet with vitamin pills, can be a quick and effective way to give your system a boost, but do remember that you will benefit greater drinking a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, than popping a manufactured Vit-C tablet.
Drinking 100% Fresh orange juice is also better than drinking Orange Juice made from concentrates.

Eating sensibly doesn't have to be time consuming, nor does it have to be expensive. Buying fresh vegetables as and when you need them is better than eating frozen or tinned vegetables - however if the later is the best you can do, at least it's a start!

B Vitamins
B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, and folic acid. They help make red blood cells, which carry oxygen around your body.

Vitamin C
Helps your body fight infections, it can also help prevent infection, and aids healing cuts and grazes.

Vitamin D
Bones and Teeth. Also assists in helping your body absorb calcium.

Vitamin E
Needed for the formation of red blood cells and maintaining your bodies tissues.

Vitamin K
Helps to clot blood when you cut yourself
