Alexander Technique

The Alexander technique, Developed by Frederick Matthias Alexander, works to ease freedom of movement, by re-educating your body to move in different and more efficient ways.

Why use it?

Bad posture and habits can over time can cause increasing aches and pains. Often every day tasks result in us using too much muscle force or energy than is truly necessary.

Teachers of the Alexander Technique help to adjust your posture, and teach you to recognise the difference between your current physical habits and the way it feels to be more fluid and relaxed.
